Big day today kids. Today I start training at CrossFitMSP and I am stoked.

some of this…
and my life wouldn’t be complete without this…
And I can’t do any of it without a strong body. So it is time to giddy up and whip this old thing back into shape. Yes I run and bike now, but I’ve not lifted weights in months and certainly not seriously in at least a year so I am excited for a new challenge!
Am I nervous? Heck yes. Will it be hard? Prolly. But something tells me it is just what I need. More details to come over these next three months but for now I’ve put it out there for all the world to see.

I can’t wait to hear more! I’m hoping I learn a ton through you so I can be just as buff. After the Half, I plan on bumping up my weight lifting big time.
